Executive Board and Council

The INAC is managed by an Executive Board that handles daily tasks and reports to the Strategic Council, which is responsible for setting the direction of the Institute.

ROBERTO LIVIANU

President

Criminal Prosecutor in São Paulo, he has been a member of the Public Prosecutor's Office since June 1992, and holds a degree and a Ph.D. in Law from USP. He is a columnist for the newspaper O Estado de S.Paulo and a commentator on the Linha Direta da Justiça program on Rádio Bandeirantes. Additionally, he is an author, professor, and speaker.

LAGO

Executive Director

Davi Lago is a university professor and coordinator of the research group "Cidades Transparentes" (“Transparent Cities”) at the Laboratory of Politics, Behavior, and Media at Fundação São Paulo/PUC-SP. He holds a Master’s in Legal Theory from PUC Minas, a degree in Law from PUC Minas, and a specialization in Storytelling & Branded Content from ESPM. He writes the Career Perspectives column for HSM Magazine and regularly contributes to major Brazilian media portals.

Maria Tereza Aina Sadek

Executive Director

Maria Tereza holds a degree in Social Sciences from PUC-SP, a Master’s in Social Sciences from PUC, and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of São Paulo. She has completed postdoctoral research at the University of London, the University of California, and USP. She is a professor in the Department of Political Science at USP.

Marinalva
Rocha

Executive Director

Marinalva Rocha is a lawyer in the Justiça Para Todos (Justice For Everyone) project at CISARTE - Center of Inclusion for Art, Culture, Work and Education. She has a specialization and postgraduate degree in Consumer Relations from Universidade Paulista - UNIP. She is also a writer and co-author of the book Propósito, a social activist, leader in Innovation, content creation and an entrepreneur in the field of credit and collections.

Luiz Eduardo de Almeida

Executive Director

Luiz Eduardo de Almeida is a lawyer and holds a Ph.D. in State Law from the Law School of USP. He is the professor responsible for the Structuring, Implementation, Monitoring, and Review of Compliance Programs at the Postgraduate Compliance Program at IBMEC-SP. He is also a guest lecturer in postgraduate courses at Damásio, LFG, and other institutions.

Tácito Barbosa

Diretor Executivo

Tácito Barbosa é advogado formado pela Faculdade de Direito da USP, titular do escritório Tácito B. C. Monteiro Filho Advogados. Integrou o Conselho Consultivo do CIEE no ano de 1986 e seguintes, sendo que atualmente exerce mandato como vice-presidente do Conselho de Administração do CIEE, integrou o Conselho Consultivo e exerceu o cargo de Conselheiro Fiscal do CIEE e da Usiminas S/A. É coordenador do Conselho Jurídico da Vice-Presidência de Incorporações e Terrenos Urbanos do SECOVI.
